The material of the compound is excellent, the rheological properties are superior, and it can maintain good fluidity during processing, which is convenient for subsequent extrusion, calendering and other process operations.

Plasticity and processing performance‌

The mixing rubber has certain plasticity, and can control its fluidity by adjusting the roll distance and mixing time to meet different processing needs. For example, in the mixing process of the open mill, by controlling the roll distance and rolling time, the rubber material can be evenly coated on the roller to form a smooth and non-gap roll rubber.
