Extreme air tightness
The air permeability is only 1/7 of that of natural rubber, and the vapor permeability is 1/200 of that of natural rubber.
The molecular structure is dense and the gas molecules are extremely difficult to penetrate. It is the preferred material for tires and airtight parts.
Excellent weathering and aging resistance
The main chain is highly saturated and the ozone resistance is 10 times that of natural rubber.
Weather resistance, heat oxygen aging, long-term use is not easy to crack, softening.
Wide operating temperature range:-60 ℃ to 130 ℃.
Strong chemical stability
Resistant to most inorganic acids, alkalis, polar solvents and animal and vegetable oils.
It is not resistant to concentrated oxidizing acids (such as concentrated nitric acid) and petroleum-based oils.
Excellent damping shock absorption
Very low rebound rate (<20%), can efficiently absorb vibration and impact energy.
Widely used in shock absorption pads, machine foot pads, sound insulation parts.
Good electrical insulation
